Good afternoon
We are train to speak with Geoff Humphreys, we call him to his work and
they tells us hes on vacation. We are eliminated his number on are base
of calls so he cant get back any calls from us,  we are very sorry for
all the trouble.

Review: TELSUR , called me from phone # [redacted] several times. Most recently, at 10:49 am January 9, 2014

I called them back at 310 pm on Jan 10, 2014. a "[redacted]" answered phone. said someone would tak my information shortly.

Represented as national Small business alliance. Says I've been preapproved for ~ $8,000 line of credit.

Just press certain # and they'll take care of paperwork with me right then.

Bogus, scam I have heard before.

Asking for personal financial information.

Looked up particulars of firm from online Revdex.com report#

Seems they may be hiding behind phone numbersDesired Settlement: need to know how they picked my phone number to call.

NO further calls from them.

AM ON NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST.

They need to be prosecuted and shut down, by either state consumer protection or Federal authorities or telephone carrier

Review: I received a call to take part in the Small Business Alliance program and was promised and approved for a 8,000 dollar credit card and would have 30 days to cancel when I received a portfolio with programs and other service's provided. AS for the Credit card through Bank America they needed information on my company bank to charge 1.00 for temporary membership. This was on or about Jan 24th 2014.... To Date I have had no products or service's rendered,, I have been informed I will be billed 395.00 for a years membership even when I have not received any of the products promised or granted.. I was then informed this was not a credit card but a loan or line of credit with a high interest rate. This was not what was explained at the time of their original, They now say they are only loan officers for Bank America or something to that fact and that because their customer service is not located in the United State they have a hard time getting a hold of them to help me. I have call 2[redacted] have left numerous messages and with not return calls for over 9 days. I call back to their number [redacted]5 they insist they can not do anything for me.. They requested a Authorization number that was never given in our first contact and now they will not accept any calls from me , one Supervisor [redacted] said he would contact me with in 24 hours and get things straight ,, no call back and no answer to any of my calls. He did say he could do nothing about billing or any attempt to collect money from my accounts even if I did wish to cancel my membership before the thirty days.. He did say he has direct contact with customer service but was unwilling to contact them so I could resolve this issue.. I told him I did not agree to a loan or line loan I do not deal with over the phone loans I go through Banks, He said they did represent Bank of America and they were legal loan Representatives for them.. I told that Bank America did not recognize them ,, he states its a special arrangement through the Banking Commission of California and they are loan reps. and their company is authorized and licensed to conduct loan operation in California.

I repeated I did not want their services for the 10th time he said he could not do anything about it and to just keep on trying to contact their customer service I explained I have been for over a week to contact them with not being able to talk to anyone all I get is a recording or ask to leave a message and they have never returned a request to call me.Desired Settlement: have them cancel any and all loan or line of credit they may have established completely refund any and all funds removed from my company account. Cancel any and all membership's or service's they may have with out authorization signed my company up for or in my name As Soon AS Possible. To contact me in Writing that all this has been done within 5 working days of notice that I do not wish to take part in any of the loan, line of credit or membership in their National small business Association.

Review: telsur inc. called our business and when we answered the phone no one responded and we were disconnected. I called back using my cell phone, we do not have long distance service on our work phone. I asked to be placed on their do not call list and informed them we were already on the national do not call list. He responded that he could only put someone on the don't call list if they call from that number. I informed him of why I could not call from the work phone and he said too bad and hung upDesired Settlement: to stop calling the work number of [redacted]

Review: This firm (Telsur) calls my phone number repeatedly offering some sort of business credit line that I don't want. Efforts to have them stop calling me have not been successful. I see there are several similar complaints made by others to the Revdex.com about this company and hope you can convince them to stop calling my phone number.Desired Settlement: Have the firm remove me from their calling list.

Review: This company does phone surveys, I think, when I answer there is no one there so I really am not sure what they do. This happens almost daily. It is very distracting and inconvenient as I am dealing with customers and it takes me away from them for no reason. I have called and spoken with people at the phone number on here and they tell me within 24 hours our number will be removed. So far, it has not been removed. I will try one more time and hopefully they will get it right this time.Desired Settlement: I would like them to fix whatever is causing this. Im sure I am not the only one dealing with this.

Review: We ([redacted]) are a 501 (c)3 non-profit. Over the past few months we have been receiving numerous calls from “Telsur Inc.” Most of the calls have been while we were out of the office or after our office hours. On several occasions we informed the callers that we are on the “Do Not Call List.” Until recently they said “thank you” and hung up. On a call received on 10-25-13 at 10:17 a.m., I again requested the calls be stopped. The male caller kept insisting on me listen to his “$8,000 credit line offer.” The calls did stop after that until 11-5-13.

On 11-5-2013 at 5:15 p.m. CST, we received another call from Telsur Inc. at [redacted] to Lifepoint Church at [redacted]. Again I asked to be removed explaining that we are a church and did not want the calls, and we are registered on the do not call list. The male caller said, “You are the registered owner and we can call when we want.” I went on to explain that we are a church and there are no owners. He again proceeded with his “$8,000 credit line offer.” I attempted again to explain that we do not want the calls and that we are on a do not call list. He responded, “I don’t care.” I asked to speak to a manager. He responded, “I am the manager.” I explained again that I wanted to be removed from the call list. If not I would file a complaint with the state Attorney Generals offices. He responded, “I hear that s[redacted] every day. You ain’t going to doing anything and they aren’t either.” I asked where his call center was located, he responded “San Diego, so you can’t do anything.” At that point I asked for his name to which he responded, “[redacted] my [redacted].” I explained that I would file a complaint and ended the call.

In an attempt to handle this professionally I called Telsur Inc. back at approx. 5:20 pm on 11-5-2013 and spoke with an agent who identified himself as [redacted]. Without explaining the previous call I simple asked to be taken off the call list. He responded that he would transfer me to that department and the call was immediately terminated.

We have applied AT&T’s call block to their number. I am concerned that if they handle this situation this way, how are they handling other situations? There seemed to be a complete disregard for any of our laws or those enforcing the laws.

It is our hope and prayer that Telsur and or their assigned affiliates will be looked into to prevent further harassments of people. Thank you so much for your time and consideration.Desired Settlement: Explained in section above.
