On 6/10/2015, one of our TrapCall Technical Support representatives received a call from the complainant who stated she was
consistently billed from our serviceHe was unable to locate any record of the complainant contacting Technical Support via phone, email, or Live ChatHowever, after locating the account, he recognized that the service had not been used, but the card on file had been billedThe representative was willing to, and did provide a full refund for transactions within a month time frameIn the complaint, the cardholder claimed the transactions were fraudulent, however they also stated that the "service does not work and it does not do what it claims in their advertisement", which appears to be a clear contradictionIn order for anyone to sign up with TrapCall, they need to provide the full card number, including the expiration date and CVV number, as well as the registered billing addressThe complainant's email address was also registered to the TrapCall account, so any correspondence we sent during this time frame would have been receivedWe pride ourselves on being professional, as well as assisting in resolving an issue we're presented with
