First of all Joe K [redacted] construction is claiming to be a Revdex.com member , it says here he is not.Very poor quality workNo accountability ,accepts no responsibility for poor work, poor customer service, refuses to honor warrantyExample : Part of our new foundation looked like it was installed by drunken monkeys, when questioned about this his response was " you won't see it " Problems with almost everything they didWould not recommend him

I needed a reliable, safe vehicle and stopped in at Crumback Chevrolet I was very pleased with the service I received from Rich, my sales Rep He was able to put me in a brand new car and worked hard to find the very best deal for me It was a very seamless process for me which was a pleasant surprise Personal service, no "pushy" sales people and a professional owner Russ C who introduced himself to me which usually doesn't happen at other car lots The finance process was also quick and easy with Steve R I will and already have recommended the dealership to others!!

I purchased a used Cadillac SRX from Parker Cadillac from Bobby AON September 12thI was told there was nothing wrong with my car except a new battery needed to be put in the keyless remoteI test drove it and loved it immediatelyAlthough I bought it as is, I understood Parker Cadillac to be a premier car lotHowever, after driving my car for weeks I discovered a loud noise when I drove itI brought the car in to find out why my car was making this noise and turns out there was a problem with the front hub wheel bearingAs I was on my way to drop off the car to be serviced, a piece behind the passenger mirror flew off as I was headed down the highway, as if it was super-glued on
Now they tell me that since I already drove it, there is nothing they can doDidn't I have to drive it to find out something was wrong?
The condition of this vehicle was not told to me prior to my purchase and since I am a woman, they won't even entertain my questions as to why I am being treated this wayBUYERS BE WARE!!! DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM PARKER CADILLACThey will not tell you if something is wrong with your car, they will let you test drive through a residential area, offer you no warranty and avoid you once it's purchasedOr you will be stuck like me paying $to fix a wheel bearing issue that was already an issue

I WISH I HAD AS THERE ARE SOME SERIOUS ALLEGATIONS OF MISHANDLING INCLUDED IN THEM! My name is [redacted]. I rarely ever post reviews on businesses and do not believe in posting behind a veil of anonymity so I'm posting this review with my name on it. I recently lost a cherished loved one and had to locate a funeral home to perform a cremation in Dallas where I knew virtually no one. My sister found Restland and spoke with someone on the phone who seemed sympathetic. My loved one died on June 1st, and it took until June 29th for them to finally cremate him. Once the funeral home had his body, I called multiple times pleading with them to finalize the process with no one returning my calls. I met with them showing proof that the paperwork was emailed. The other family members of the decendant called and emailed as well. I emailed authorization to charge my credit card for the service with instructions on where to send the remains when done, and the funeral home sent the remains elsewhere while still charging my card. I have called several times since the billing with them refusing to call me back. With this being such a painful time, I urge anyone who is going through the loss of a loved one not to put themselves through additional heartache, and please look elsewhere for someone to help with your funeral needs. The people at Restland may seem sympathetic when vying for your business, but they turn on you once they have a signed contract. The funny thing is that all I wanted was an apology and information about how this happened so that no one else would have to go through what I and Rod's family went through. They have ignored my requests for a call back so now, I'm just angry. It's a SHAME that a business whose primary focus should be COMPASSION ** so HEARTLESS!
