We just spoke on the phone.  This is regards to complaint ID [redacted]   My dad who runs the company Telux pioneer recently passed away.  We were not involved in his business, so we do not currently have access to his files regarding his company.

have spoken to the consumer [redacted] and explained the situation.  We will look for his watch and return it to him when we find it.
We just need some time because of the whole estate process.

Review: I have a watch for battery replacement and the band refurbish. I have emailed and called several times for clarfication of the quote for repair email sent to me.

Review: Following the directions from the website, I sent my Regatta Classic Watch in for repair. Sent by the US Postal service insured it was mailed on 2/**/14. Through the Postal Service Website I confirmed the watch receipt on 3/**/2014 at 2:16pm. After waiting 3 weeks for an estimate of repair I called the service center and left a voice mail. (only option). I have since sent two emails. No response from the company.I would like a response from the company or my watch returned.Desired Settlement: Either my watched repaired or sent back to me.

Review: I sent my watch in for repairs, I received an estimate e-mail on 8/**/14. I responded to the e-mail with some questions, I have not heard anything since 8/**/14. I have called and sent several texts to ###-###-#### (the listed number for Telux - Pioneer Regatta) several times, This is a [redacted] number. The phone goes directly into voice mail, I left several messages, Sometimes it will not let me leave a voice mail, says Voice mail box is full. then disconnects. I know they are checking voice mails, because the next time I call it will let me leave a message.

I have also sent several email messages and left message via the web site.... WITH NO COMMUTATION FROM THIS person whom I believe is named [redacted].

It is also worthy to note that I have sent my watch to him several times over the past 10 years and have good service and communication. The watch was always repaired and sent back promptly, BUT NOT THIS TIME!! PLEASE HELP!Desired Settlement: I want my watch sent back to me! and or repaired,

Review: My Telux Aqua Regatta Watch was accepted for repair by Spiroz December [redacted] delivered by UPS . I have not heard from this business since regarding my watch service. I filled out a internet repair form. Repeated phone calls and emails have remained unanswered.Desired Settlement: Fully serviced watch repair as specified by the internet repair form supplied by Telux.
