We are responding to the complaint received on 07/14/16 on the above listed homeowner.   Listed below are the sequence of events:   >The homeowner is stating she purchased her roof on 9/10/2014, however                        ...

               our paperwork that shows where we ordered the materials is dated 5/12/14    Also, Ms. [redacted] paid us via credit card and the receipt is 5/16/14.    >Ms. [redacted] states she first had trouble on 06/08/15, however she also states       that she did not contact us until 5/2/16, which is one (1) year later after the     problem and two (2) years later than purchase date.                 >In response to the statement that purchasing leaf guards would alleviate                  her having to pay to continue cleaning her gutters. There is not any gutters                  that are 100% preventable of ever being cleaned.                           >On the wood being replaced, as she stated that it was soft and should not be                  walked on & tampered with she states that her brother had been up there & in                   this case with multiple people being on the roof this is voiding her warranty                  i.e.: her brother, individuals cleaning the gutters and power washing.                     Desired Outcome:                >Ms. [redacted] is wanting Temco to replace the screen type gutter leaf guards with                   The same type of leaf guards they put on the front & rear gutters.      Temco Enterprises, LLC response:              >Ms. [redacted] only had a portion of the funds for the gutter guards, in that being                      said that is the reason of the gutter screens that she was gifted to her is the                  cosmetic/visual on the difference in the gutter screens.                          >Temco Roofing & Construction, LLC, has been hesitant to go out to the                   property due to inaccurate stories.             If you should have any questions, please contact our office at (812) 282-7663             [redacted]      www.t[redacted]@gmail.com

I am a Registered Nurse and am very capable of paying for my services. I have documentation of paying by credit card for a roof, gutters and guards. He shows a receipt of $2550.50. What he placed on my roof costs $1.97 per 3ft. Do the math.  If him simply telling lies, flies he will continue to have an A+ with Revdex.com. I am done. What's the point. Last month when I was getting another estimate for other work. I was told Geronimo/Temco was the General Manager for Jeff Home Improvement and he left their after "duping them." Now I know what they were talking about. He is a very dishonest man. Very disappointed.

        **  [redacted]   We are responding to the recent documentation dated 9/6/16. Issue # 1- We want to correct our statement about Ms. [redacted] having a portion of the Funds, our understanding was that her insurance only approved a portion Of the gutter guards & that is why we gifted the other portion. Issue # 2- On the receipt, the point of this was to show the date of 5/16/14 being she was out of warranty for craftsmanship, not to show how much she paid. Issue # 3- I would like to get the contact name of the person she spoke with at [redacted] Improvements in regards to Mr. [redacted]’s position at their company and explaining how he left after “duping them”.  I feel like this is this is a defamation of his character/slandering Temco and Mr. [redacted]’s name.
