medical group, located at *** rd. suite 1 *** ca I never saw the doctor to do a cool sculpting treatment, the office manager did a treatment and it failed. they falsely advertise the results and I have read horror stories about the treatment on the internet. when I went back I was very unhappy because they tell you to come back 4 months later. I disputed all this with care credit because I felt it was unfair to pay them. *** medical sent some paperwork, one being a contract that you are forced to sign before they would do anything, so I signed thinking it would be like they said, in four months the pictures showed nothing although they of course think it would because that would justify what they had promised. they sent paperwork to my credit card company with a copy of that but not the pictures and a hand written paper that had notes that could of been written at any point in time like saying that I was happy a complete lie, anyway I got a call from mark who asked me if I would deal with him and at that point I said yes only because he said he would do what it takes at his cost until I was happy, well of course that was b.s. never heard from him again and make to make things worse I did hear from krystal the office manager who said they would do everything at cost, now why would I get into more debt for something that did not work at all. last week I followed up on there call just to make them quit saying I never called them back but I was at the dealership and did not get out until way late, I called the receptionist on aug 1 to explain what happened and see what they would do. I did get a call back today aug 8 again not from a doctor who just today had the receptionist call me to say they would never consider retreating this came from mark and krystal, well either did I, it was all b.s. I also have the papers that were sent to my credit card and was very upset when I read what I read especially the lies, no doctor just a so called office manager krystal who may or may not be trained and even fda approved, I don't know why they call it a medical group when it is not, mark never called me back in the beginning so that told me alot, bottom line I tell everybody it is a useless procedure and that it will put you out of alot of money, check the internet and you will see those exact same comments and unfortunately so very bad experiences like a lady with third degree burns on her legs. they should not be mad at me and lie that I was happy if I was I would not have disputed it with this place that does not care about the patient only the money. BUYER BEWARE there advertising is false they use a girl who obviously works out and say oh you could look like that to. Interesting call logs lies saying I never responded to them and now I don’t think a doctor even works there and the office manager has no idea what she is doing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
3500.00 for nothing and I would never go back there ever. I am sure they are going to lie or twist things around to make themselves look good
