This is in response to the subject above filed on 8/23/by student applicant/complainant, [redacted] On 5/23/2016, student applicant/complainant came to the school, Temecula Valley School of Nursing (TVSN), located at [redacted] AveSte***, Temecula, CA***, and signed up for the CNA (Nurse Assistant and Home Health Aide Program), as evidenced by Attachment “A”As you examine the document Attachment “A” on the very top of the page of the school’s Enrollment Agreement, the “only” schedule marked with “X” is the schedule showing C.N.AWeekend and nothing elseAnd as you examine closely the schedule for the C.H.H.AProgram has no mark on any of the specified schedule, because we did not and is not offering the Weekend schedule as of yet but the Weekday schedule onlyNevertheless, the Weekday schedule which we have already approved by the State of California is not being checked by the student applicant/complainant as wellHowever, as evidenced by Attachment “B-and B-2” it is clearly specified by the statement saying, “HHA Class start date follows after the CNA State Examination”, and did not specify any class start date whatsoever, for the following reasons: a) CNA Student Applicant must first “Pass” the NNAAP – CNA Competency Exam before they can take the HHA Program; b) HHA Program will only commensurate if the class will have a full (15) students enrolled or confirmed to start the class since the HHA Program is being offered as a bonus program, which program fee is regularly $550.00/student As evidenced by Attachment “C” the school’s CNA Program has a State approved program fee of $2,On the other hand, HHA Program fee is not regulated by any State or Federal Law, so depending on a school it is to their discretion on how much they will charge of their HHA program fee, TVSN charges $for said HHA programSaid student applicant was still in the said CNA Program when she filed this complaint, so I don’t see any reason why she filed this complaintStudent applicant/complainant completed the program on September 4, 2016, took the NNAAP CNA Competency exam on September 10, Please be informed that, every program schedule (weekday/weekend/evening) has its assigned Program Code as it gets approvedMeanwhile, I am awaiting approval of the Weekend HHA Program schedule from the California Deptof Public Health I therefore, decline and refuse to issue any refund the student applicant/complainant said she paid as part of the CNA/HHA Program she took and will take at the school Temecula Valley School of Nursing Thank you Sincerely, [redacted] L [redacted] President – Administrator

As you examine the document Attachment “A” on the very top of the page 2 of the school’s Enrollment Agreement, the “only” schedule marked with “X” is the schedule showing C.N.A. Weekend and nothing else. And as you examine closely the schedule for the C.H.H.A. Program has no mark on any of the specified schedule, because we did not and is not offering the Weekend schedule as of yet but the Weekday schedule only. Nevertheless, the Weekday schedule which we have already approved by the State of California is not being checked by the student applicant/complainant as well. However, as evidenced by Attachment “B-1 and B-2” it is clearly specified by the statement saying, “HHA Class start date follows after the CNA State Examination”, and did not specify any class start date whatsoever, for the following reasons: a)    CNA Student Applicant must first “Pass” the NNAAP – CNA Competency Exam before they can take the HHA Program; b)    HHA Program will only commensurate if the class will have a full (15) students enrolled or confirmed to start the class since the HHA Program is being offered as a bonus program, which program fee is regularly $550.00/student.   As evidenced by Attachment “C” the school’s CNA Program has a State approved program fee of $2,200.00. On the other hand, HHA Program fee is not regulated by any State or Federal Law, so depending on a school it is to their discretion on how much they will charge of their HHA program fee, TVSN charges $450.00 for said HHA program. Said student applicant was still in the said CNA Program when she filed this complaint, so I don’t see any reason why she filed this complaint. Student applicant/complainant completed the program on September 4, 2016, took the NNAAP CNA Competency exam on September 10, 2016.    Please be informed that, every program schedule (weekday/weekend/evening) has its assigned Program Code as it gets approved. Meanwhile, I am awaiting approval of the Weekend HHA Program schedule from the California Dept. of Public Health.   I therefore, decline and refuse to issue any refund the student applicant/complainant said she paid as part of the CNA/HHA Program she took and will take at the school Temecula Valley School of Nursing.         Thank you.   Sincerely,   [redacted] L.
