The ability to cancel our services, is not a difficult oneWe simply require a written notification, days prior to next month's billing
However, it is not our intention to have dissatisfied customersI would like to offer Mr***, a credit of $towards any future Viper activityThat would include camps, beach training, skill training and even future team dues

Misrepresentation of the facts do not change the fact that this business sought to obtain a month's worth of service fees for less than a month's worth of serviceAfter submitting the written notification of our desire to cancel our association with this business, sent as requested to Ms*** I received absolutely no communication from this business for several days until I took time away from work to visit this business in person to request a refund of money this business deducted from my account without providing any service whatsoever
Any business that endeavors to hold onto a customer's money as tightly as this business did, and forces the customer to take extraordinary steps in order to right a wrong, is a business any consumer should be wary ofFor Viper, its all about the money, not the service and not the children
I finally received a credit to my account for the full amount due, so you can consider my complaint closed, but any consumer should carefully consider their choice when contemplating this company
