Good Afternoon:Here we go again with the circumventingThe Takewas for school items and was not specific to what school items were not or were included that is the issuewhen I called I kept reading repeatedly the add to the sales person that there was no clause what so ever that said only "certain school items" He just kept saying he did not know and all he knew was that when he tried to enter Takeon his system , it did not let himI even asked for the supervisor several times during the course of the conversation and the sales person said they were busyFinally I gave upJUST TO MAKE MYSELF CLEAR I was going to purchase school backpacks which qualify as school items and there was no language on the add that said otherwise

I need these people to send to me the two shams to complete my duvet set that I ordered from them It has been six weeks and they are telling me that they do not have any shams although they are still advertising them for $each on their website They could just put two shams in a box
and *** them to me I have already paid for them The duvet "set" is worthless without the shams They are just trying to extort another $from me Any help you can give me with this company would be much appreciated Below is a copy of the "Features" of the duvet "set" on their website as of today showing the two shams are included in the set I also have a printout of my order form showing that I ordered the "set" and not just a duvet "cover" if you need that sent to you Thank you for your help! We reached out and spoke with the consumer on April **, and offered her a $gift card as well as an additional code for 15% off her order. The code and gift card for $was sent on May *, 2017. We are of the opinion that the customer is satisfied and we have corrected her

Our policy is that consumer may only use one code at a time.  This consumer wanted to use multiple codes for her purchase and apply a 30% off code on a backpack that was not eligible for the discount.  We made an exception and offered Ms. Koegler a code that she could use and get both the discount and the free monogram.  Ms. Koegler did not use the code and has indicated that she went to another vendor in her response to the Revdex.com.  Since the consumer does not wish to purchase any further products from our company, there is nothing further that we can do for her.   Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear [redacted]: We have investigated this matter and we apologize to [redacted] for her inconvenience.  We have made arrangements for our bedding licensee to send the shams to [redacted] via overnight mail.  A tracking number will be sent to [redacted] via Lisa L[redacted], one of our consumer relations representatives.  Ms. L[redacted] has reached out to [redacted] several times yesterday and left messages on her home phone number. We have also made arrangement for a $25.00 gift card to be sent to [redacted] for her inconveniences.  If she has any further questions, she can contact me at ###-###-#### or Lisa L[redacted] at the numbers Ms. L[redacted] has left on her answering machine. The statement alleged by KIPLING as far as me wanting to use multiple codes is inaccurate and FALSE. I had the add that said that I was able to get 30 percent off on selected back to school items such as backpacks, etc. and also the free monograming if I wished at that time.  During the course of the conversation and being placed on long timed hold several times , and even asked multiple times that I wished to speak to a supervisor or manager I was placed on hold as well. To conclude , the sales person said that the manager / supervisor was busy and is unable to speak to me at that moment . At that point, I just realized that this was some sort of a scheme to lure clients in and then pull a fast one. I am so glad I asked as many questions possible before giving in. Their only communication to me was when they realized that I contacted the Revdex.com to file the complaint.

Although the website clearly stated that the TAKE30 was only for specific back to school purchases we gave the consumer the 30% discount and free monogramming on her purchases.  A code was sent to the consumer via email on September **, 2016.  If you have any questions, please contact me...
