Review: I hired Temo Tile ( [redacted]) to purchase and install a quartz countertop for my kitchen. All correspondence was through email (in writing) so I felt comfortable with the arrangement we made. The work was totally completed on July **, 2013 and I made the final payment. I asked [redacted] ( [redacted]) for a paid receipt. He informed me that he did not have any blank invoices with him ( he was in his private car) and he would fax or mail me a a paid invoice. Approximately two weeks went by and I did not receive the paid invoice so I called [redacted] who assured me that he would contact Jim to send me the invoice. To this date I have not received the paid invoice.Desired Settlement: I would like an invoice sent to me stating the job information, amount the job cost and indicating that the job was " Paid in Full" on July **, 2013.

Although I did receive an invoice, it was incomplete. The paid invoice I received did not state the customary guarantee on workmanship. I would like a full and complete invoice with workmanship guarantee stated on it.
