Temp Air Company

Review: In June of 2012 Temp Air was contracted to repair A/C system in private home in Norwalk CT. System was not cooling, we knew there was an obvious leak. Temp Air technician performed service and corrected the problem. We were charged $847.77 and paid the bill. Less than one year later same problem, system not cooling. We contacted Temp Air again to let them know that they did not fix the problem. The technician discovered a leak in the coil that was not detected previously. Temp Air owner advised it would cost over $1,800.00 to repair coil. Temp Air recommended a new system. While I shop for a new system I had Temp Air fill the system with freon for now. With an expectation that I would not be charged 3 hours of labor at $135.00 per hour. Temp Air should stand behind their workmanship.

We feel that we were taken advantage of. Temp Air never advised us that a cost would be associated with them returning. We were under the impression that they would fix the problem that we paid them to fix last year.
