Temp-Control Heating & Cooling

After schedul [redacted] a small $clean [redacted] service through my home warranty company, Daryl B [redacted] of Temp Control called me minutes late say [redacted] he had to delay his arrival hours He called me back mins after our second appointment time to cancel our appointment alltogether When I asked why he had to leave me wait [redacted] for him all day, he responded " [redacted] you good [redacted] luck with your heat***, you disrespectful [redacted] c- This conversation is private so I can say anything I [redacted] want and you can't do anything about it!" At that point, I can't let a person like this into my home even if it was for simply an hour long service, so I cancelled the appointment Don't waste your time with this guy and find a reputable company to deal with, not some independent contractor with no reviews!

He called me back 45 mins after our second appointment time to cancel our appointment alltogether. When I asked why he had to leave me wait[redacted] for him all day, he responded "** you good [redacted] luck with your heat[redacted], you disrespectful [redacted] c-. This conversation is private so I can say anything I [redacted] want and you can't do anything about it!"
At that point, I can't let a person like this into my home even if it was for simply an hour long service, so I cancelled the appointment. Don't waste your time with this guy and find a reputable company to deal with, not some independent contractor with no reviews!
