November emails states - "I will mail you a check, we do not need the costume back" - no date given as to when 7-10 business days is standard for any business. November - email reply - "the check is in the mail"The check was mailed November 7, 2017. Our policy
clearly states - "No refunds granted"A check for $was mailed on November 7, as a way to accommodate a customer who is disruptive, rude and made other customer uncomfortable. Statements from other customers may be taken if needed. Customer also took photos of students in classroomWe have a no photo policy especially for the young children's classes as we have a partnership with three Foster organizations in Arizona and photos are strictly prohibited to protect their identity.
