If you like roaches, bedbugs, plumbing disasters, criminals who live in vacant apartments during baseball season and an obnoxious, overbearing, fake Christian Landlady who likes to discuss her tenants business with anyone who will listen then this is the place for you!!!! I lived at this place for several years in the midst of all this crap mainly because the rent, including utilities, were so cheapHowever, during my time there I dealt with a lot of crap, but now she has finally made some improvements, since having the state called by tenants, and has raised the rentDon't be fooled by her "Christian" BS, its all a front and once she discovers that she can't control you she will reveal her true nature She will talk down to you, she will belittle you any chance she gets and she will annoy youRUN, don't walk by this place if you think your rent should include privacy, the ability to invite who you want to your home when you want or your right to be treated with respect as a human being [redacted] Side note: She has been known to sit in the parking lot taking pictures of license plates and of "suspicious" people who come to visitAnd there us a towing company hired to tow anyone's vehicle that doesn't have a sticker or visitors pass on it (you're only allowed 1to visitors passes)Be warned rent at your own risk
