Review: Purchased HVAC unit 08/16/10 which was paid in full for $6400.00. This included installation of new unit and removal of old unit. Have had a problem every year since with a freon leak which has not been rectified. After repeated calls he sent one of the original contractor's that did the initial install and advised the contractor not to deal with my mother, the homeowner, "to just do the job". The contractor didn't want to communicate with anyone in this house. I contacted the owner of the company and he was very rude, confrontational, argumentative, continuously talked over me and told me no one is to communicate with the contractor...he is just here to do a job. He called back and advised that he will only deal with us through a third party. This is unacceptable and as a paying consumer Both myself and my mother have every right to voice our concerns and not be treated disrespectfully.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund to have another HVAC contractor install a unit that isn't faulty. We deserve to have a business owner treat us with respect.
