Ms. [redacted]'s perception of reality has to be questioned. First and foremost, my company was never contacted in February or March of 2016 by Ms. [redacted] or my client. My company was contacted April 19, 2016 to look at some repairs at the request of Mr. [redacted]. He was informed at that time I was out of...

town and couldn't look at the project until mid May 2016. The scope of the project was agreed to on July 6, 2016 as per the signed contract, at which time they were instructed that I would be out of state until July 25, 2016. My company had NO contact with Ms. [redacted] until she introduced herself via text on July 17, 2016. As for the accusation that Ms. [redacted] "had to push to get him out the beginning of August to start the work" again, is a total fabrication of the truth. My client and Ms. [redacted] were both notified on July 25th, 2016 that this project was scheduled to be started for August 2, 2016 at 8:00am. On August 2, 2016 Ms. [redacted] was late arriving to the project. However, the tenant was there to let us in and start the repairs. When Ms. [redacted] arrived she was informed on the billing, that she was not going to be receiving a bill for this project as the bill had already been taken care of. At this time, I also took Ms. [redacted] through the project and explained the entire scope of work that I was hired to do. The scope of work included: install new autowasher in utility closet for wash machine, repair wall under sink in bathroom vanity, repair back cabinet under kitchen sink & repair wall next to cabinet in kitchen. During this time I spoke with the plumber and he informed me that he was running late and would not arrive until approximately 1:00pm. We completed the initial repairs and Ms. [redacted] verified the repairs were in good order. She was informed that we would return upon the completion of the plumbing repairs to repair the sheetrock damage that would be caused by the plumber. At this time Ms. [redacted] agreed for us to return at a later date and time to complete the sheetrock damage repair. I was shooting for Friday August 5, 2016 since the tenant would be off that day and be available but I needed to rearrange my Friday schedule prior to confirming this with Ms. [redacted]. I went to the Emergency Room on August 4, 2016 and found out that I had broken my leg and it would require surgery to repair. Due to the amount of pain I was in and the pain killers I was taking, I did not inform Ms. [redacted] until August 5, 2016 of my impending surgery. I also advised her that I would find someone to finish the sheetrock damage repair and would have them contact her to schedule. Ms. [redacted] responded that her brother could finish the work if I couldn't. As per her complaint, she has already confirmed through her husbands family that they have already paid my company for the requested repairs. As stated earlier, I had already informed her the billing had been taken care of. She has also stated that I am being evasive and that I scream and yell. However, if I am being evasive, how am I able to scream and yell. Most of our conversations were through text anyway. I consulted some legal representatives and they informed me to cease all verbal contact with Ms. [redacted] due to her threatening and belligerent demeanor. In my opinion, for her to question my health is beyond reprehensible and shows a very bitter and evil person. Per her statement as far as yelling at her for not wanting to perform work that she claims an insurance estimator wrote, I have not seen any documentation reflecting the repairs. So being accused of yelling about that is totally ridiculous and a complete fabrication. Surgery to repair my broken leg was performed on August 9, 2016. On August 12, 2016 I contracted a drywall company that agreed to do repairs on short notice. They contacted Ms. [redacted] on August 19, 2016 to try to schedule for the following week. As of August 27, 2016 the sheetrock damage repairs have been completed and confirmed acceptable by the tenant. At this time, the scope of work and additional damage due to the plumber, has been completed 100%. In my opinion there will be no satisfactory settlement because Ms. [redacted] will never be satisfied. I have the voice and text messages that confirm the details of this project.
