We are sorry Mr. [redacted] is not satisfied with our response, however, if we would have had an issue with the battery or charging system of this vehicle we would have corrected the issue.
I am rejecting this response because:
I don't see how it could be possible for you to not know at least about the battery issue. If you leave it turned off more than 3 days, the battery will read 3.4 volts, and won't start, or even click.
We are very sorry to hear Mr [redacted] has had issues with the 2007 Honda Odyssey he purchased from us on December 20,2016. This is,however, the first time we have heard anything about these issues. We are a very reputable dealer and do not turn off check engine lights to sell a vehicle as the...
mechanic suggested we might have done. We would never grease up a door for it to work long enough to sell. And as for the battery issue, we were unaware of that issue as well. We wish he had called us as soon as the issues arose. It has been more than 3 months since the purchase and we regret to inform you we are not responsible for these issues as the vehicle was purchased AS-IS.
