I am rejecting this response because: I don't see how it could be possible for you to not know at least about the battery issueIf you leave it turned off more than days, the battery will read volts, and won't start, or even click
We are very sorry to hear Mr [redacted] has had issues with the Honda Odyssey he purchased from us on December 20,This is,however, the first time we have heard anything about these issuesWe are a very reputable dealer and do not turn off check engine lights to sell a vehicle as the mechanic suggested we might have doneWe would never grease up a door for it to work long enough to sellAnd as for the battery issue, we were unaware of that issue as wellWe wish he had called us as soon as the issues aroseIt has been more than months since the purchase and we regret to inform you we are not responsible for these issues as the vehicle was purchased AS-IS
