I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution acceptable BUT I feel that they need to completely understand what their staff is saying to the customer. Regardless if the manager was standing next to the person on the phone, when I stated I was contacting the Revdex.com for resolution - she was rude and made the comment "Go ahead" as if there is no concern for the contact. This can ruin a business and working with the patient is far better then reporting to the Revdex.com. I did not receive statements from this business, I received two - regardless of this their Customer Service is lacking with the office staff.In addition - the fact that they are automatically charging interest is ridiculous and should be reviewed, I would not recommend this office to other patients and I will inform the referring dental office of their practices and customer service

$136.00 for exam and xray. If you have Metlife it is $79.00. We do not have any notes of us ageeing to NOT charge her for the xray. We are a totally separate office from her general dcntist.
