Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution acceptable BUT I feel that they need to completely understand what their staff is saying to the customer. Regardless if the manager was standing next to the person on the phone, when I stated I was contacting the Revdex.com for resolution - she was rude and made the comment "Go ahead" as if there is no concern for the contact. This can ruin a business and working with the patient is far better then reporting to the Revdex.com. I did not receive statements from this business, I received two - regardless of this their Customer Service is lacking with the office staff. In addition - the fact that they are automatically charging interest is ridiculous and should be reviewed, I would not recommend this office to other patients and I will inform the referring dental office of their practices and customer service

Dear [redacted]: [redacted] made an appointment on January 31 , 2017. She filled out all of her papcrwork and we went over fees before she went back for the exam. Wc arc in network with her insurance company so we have a lower fee to go by with patients who have Metlife. For instance, we charge...

$136.00 for exam and xray. If you have Metlife it is $79.00. We do not have any notes of us ageeing to NOT charge her for the xray. We are a totally separate office from her general dcntist. Occasionally, general dentists scnd us xrays and we compare the two but, we ALWAYS take our own. Wc take 3 or 4 xrays during the root canal procedurc and charge the patient for I bccause we need it for diagnosis reasons. •rhis way, we don't have to worry about receiving a xray that was taken a long time ago, the wrong tccth on the xray or the wrong patients nay. We know for sure, that wc have the correct tooth and a current xray ofthe tooth wc are diagnosing. [redacted] spoke with Mrs, [redacted] when she called in on July 1001. She had received at total of 3 statements prior to this conversation and we have not heard fiom her. I heard [redacted] side ofthe conversation and obviously not the patients but, at no time did [redacted] tell her to contact the Revdex.com because we wcrcn't dealing with her. That is not true. She did explain to the patient that her insurance did not pay for the exam or the xray so, the balance was hers. [redacted] said, she said, "1 guess I will havc to contact the Revdex.com." I have been on vacation since July 21 st and just got back on Monday, July 3 1 st. I reversed the interest charges and the charge ror the xray. She needs to pay for the exam which is $62.00 with her Medife insurance. I enclosed the financial sheet she sigied, treatment notes and account details. Sincerely, [redacted]Office Manager Temple Endodontics
