account.All liquor was ready according to our Banquet Event Order. No Where in the file is there reference to Coconut rum. We rectified this immediately when asked for.$350 in contract is for the Dance Floor which Is rung up under AV & Equipment.$150 for sound equipment DJ did not bring speakers. They thought they would be able to hook up to our house sound system. We do not allow that, never have; and no reference in file that they were told they would be able to do so. We found some speaker for them to use for that cost.No one reported Banquet doors weren't secure. We have a 24 hour manned front desk.Banquet room was set to specifications except for 2 — 6' tables not having ruffled linen on the top.
