Review: I did a chest X-ray in Temple University Hospital as a Temple University student. I was told upfront at student health service the interpretation fee for a Temple University student would be $10. However Temple University Physicians sent me a bill of $40. Had I knew the price discrepancy (bait and switch) I would have gone to else where to receive service, not Temple.Desired Settlement: Billing adjustment to $10 as originally promised.
Review: Temple Physicians Inc. Keeps billing me for dates of service that has already been paid. I called them to explain, I sent proof of payment, but they continue to send bills for dates that has already been paid. Now they sent my information to collections to try to get paid again. I don't know what else to do.Desired Settlement: If they would send a bill for a service date that has not been paid I would gladly pay for it. But I won't pay for a service date that has already been paid.Either send the right bill or stop sending the ones that have already been paid.
