After months of ducking calls now Alyce refuses to give the refund because of a honest google review. She is an unscrupulous manager who conspires with her team to steal money from college students.Beware of this company and the manager Alyce….

My niece has been waiting to move into her leased apartment from this management company since August 1 2015. The space is still not ready and the students are in temporary housing, provided 2 days before the start of the semester. We now are taking her belongings to a storage unit. One month of delays, cancellations and fibs. Totally and completely disorganized. DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THEM!

Quite pathetic. There are tons of options at Temple, do not choose them. You will be completely screwed for your deposit and lied to directly. You will be charged for each room being painted despite the lack of need and that it is mandatory to repaint the walls in Philadelphia anyway.
The real kicker is that the will not fix any of the issues with the apartment. They simply charge you for them. Then continue to charge all the next tenants. [I moved into a room with two massive holes in each door and a Tupperware container full of bugs taped over the smoke detector.]
Friends of mine also made the mistake of choosing them and when the AC went out, Temple Villas refused to fix it. Instead, they said the tenant had to pay for it. ($1,200).
