Temple Vision

The Optometrist was great, the rest of my service was not. It took 2 weeks for my lenses to come in and the only reason I found out they were in was because I called to check. I discovered the lenses I got were not the ones I ordered so I went back to complain. The lady blamed me for the mistake twice then ordered new lenses. I called back and told her I did not want them and to cancel my order. I wanted my money back. They would not refund me so I called my back and had them stop the payment. I received a call saying that even though I cancelled my lenses I needed to pay the Optometrist. I had no problem doing that, he did a great job. When I called to pay over the phone, after I gave my payment, the woman on the phone made a point of telling me that under no circumstances was I to come back. What I wanted to do was slap her, but I just hung up.
