Good afternoon, We have no evidence that the hinges were incorrectUnfortunately when the hinges were removed, the customer voided her warranty by having another company come out before contacting our officeThe customer did not contact our office, she attempted to reach our technician on the side which indicates that she may have been trying to circumvent our companyThis is concerning to usOur invoice has our service phone number and she chose not to call us for serviceCityscape came out and made an adjustment to the work that we already completed, probably a minor adjustment, because when we left the customer's home, the door was workingSomething may have come out of adjustment, but without giving us the opportunity to look at it, it is unfair to assume that we ripped the customer off.
