Review: The owner has neglected to reimburse me for a product I paid for back in January 2014. After not recieving it for over a month I wrote to inquire about it, but did not receive a response. I called in March and [redacted] shared she messed up the monogram, but placed a new order for the product which she said would arrive in a few weeks. A few more months went by without any monogrammed product and still no follow up from [redacted]. I continued to follow up via email throughout the year. She has shown poor customer service and bad business practice.Desired Settlement: Refund of $40.80 mailed to me at [redacted]
