I have been a customer there for awhile and find them to be very helpful and have nice selection of whatever I’m looking for with reasonable prices.

I bought a dry herb vape here today. The vape gets so hot to the point where I am afraid to use it. When I pull from it I get nothing and on top of that it’s very very hard to pull from. The store clerk told me when I bought it that I had 10 days to return it if there was something wrong. She also told me if I returned it to clean it the best I could. I tried returning it only 7 hours after purchase... only to get into an argument with a different clerk about not letting me return it for store credit. She kept trying to tell me that there was nothing wrong with the dry herb vape and I kept telling her that there was. I told her that obviously she just couldn’t verify it because she wasn’t able to put her lips on the product and test it for herself. I asked to see a manager and she first told me that they would only tell me the same thing that she did before telling me when a manager would actually be in the store. Customers were egging her on telling her how well she was doing with the way that the clerk was speaking with me. She proceeded to tell me in a very snotty way as I was already walking out the door that I should have a nice day (it was 9pm). So I told her that she should have a nice day too and I called her a ***. She proceeded to yell at me “***!”. Please, please, never spend your money here. They have really, really poor customer service and chances are if there is something wrong with what you bought they will not care.
