I ordered temptooth and I could not be more SATISFIED with this product. I am a daycare provider and a child threw a block and broke my tooth. My daughter wedding was two weeks away didn't have money because of the expense of wedding and temp tooth helped replace my tooth for my special occasion So Thank you temp tooth

Review: I have tried to contact Temptooth customer service involving my dissatisfaction with there product but did not receive a response.

I had purchased the product on June 29, 2013. It was received the product July 3 and tried to use it to the best of my ability but it did not workout for me. SO, I contacted the merchant via email on their website and have been waiting for a response for the past fourteen days. I have also tried to contact them by phone and did not get an answer. Desired Settlement: I just want a refund that they promised on their website if dissatisfied with the product.

We have checked all of our email correspondence and do not show any emails in your name. Please be assured that we take every contact with our customers very seriously and would have responded to an email concerning a refund immediately. We would greatly appreciate it if you would resend the email you sent regarding your request for a refund so we can check it against our records. Our policy is to issue a refund immediately, no exceptions, so we are truly mystified why we show no record of your contact. Obviously, now that we know about your request, we will issue the refund immediately.
