The company was scheduled to come to my house on 5/11/between 8am - 12pmI received a call at 11:stating that they were on the way but were running lateOnce arriving at my house, *** came in immediately and asked me what the problem was, assuming I knew exactly how to tell him what the problem was other than the AC not workingI told him that the AC was not blowing cold airWe walked to the hallway and looked at the interior unitI told him that it was my understanding that it should be blowing about degrees colder there than it was set to on the thermostat and showed him an electronic temp gauge I ha
