Ms***'s complaint pertains to a situation that occurred nearly three years ago with a former Tempworks client named ***
Despite signing a one-year, fixed-term contract with TempWorks, *** sought to early
terminate the contract without justificationIn a November, 2011, email to Tempworks, Ms*** stated:
"Unfortunately, we have come to the agreement to stop using TempworksI assumed which is definitely my fault that we would be able to cut out using quickbooks and that is just not the caseEveryone at Tempworks has been very helpful and did their best to make the transition as smooth as humanly possible for usWe appreciate your help and would recommend your productIt is just not a good fit for us."
At the time of the email in which *** attempted to improperly terminate the contract, over nine months remained in the contract termTempWorks, as would any and prudent business, requested payment for license fees through the end of the contract termDespite painstaking efforts by TempWorks to reach some amicable resolution on the outstanding unpaid licensing fees, *** refused to pay
As a result, TempWorks was unfortunately forced to file suit against its non-paying customer (see MinnCourt File No19HA-CO-12-1013)Notably, the case ended with *** settling for the full amount of invoicing due TempWorks
TempWorks values the ability of its clients to voice their praises and concerns, and to engage in conversations with customers to enhance its business relationshipsHowever, it will vigorously defend itself against disingenuous complaints like that posted by Ms*** here, which appears to be little more than an attempt to complain about and repudiate a deal which *** voluntarily made several years ago
In sum, this is a groundless complaint, and we would respectfully request that it be removed by the Revdex.com

Where does it show that they tried to resolve anything? We never used the program for one to two weeks maxTechnical Support was very helpful, but the software did not do as promised we had to continue to use QuickBooks and we were told we were getting front and back officeThere in the email it shows it was not the caseThey do not dispute that, the fact that we never used their service or that they tried to resolve anythingFees to set up software were paid with no questionLicense fee were per month at a total charge of $7,
My issue is it was not the software we were told it would beok no problem we lost $to find that outCustomer service none after we said it was not working for usLastly some kind of compromise would have been the right thingThey chose to use a large corporate lawyer to resolve it

Ms***'s complaint leaves out a number of facts, and is an unfortunate attempt to override and complain about a settlement that her company made three years ago
While we respect Ms***'s right to air her concerns, again, this complaint pertains to a situation that was previously resolved via settlement, with *** voluntarily paying TempWorks 100% of license fees that it owed
