I do not know how this customer could come to this conclusion I just spoke to the AG's office mediator yesterday and discussed his concernsThe mediator thought a site visit would be helpful I advised him I would look into this and see if that is even a possibility I sent pictures to the mediator a few weeks ago and presented our opinion I will have an answer by tomorrow 3/24/

Mediator from Atttorney generals office does not feel they are being cooperative.Sending a technician to assess the problem is becoming a big deal for them.Attorney general can confirm this

cooperated with the attorney general.They have not sent a representative to the property nor will they negotiate a reimbursement for the defective tank which is under warranty

As I had previously stated on Revdex.com claim #  [redacted] from [redacted], before I can respond I would need to have the serial number from the unit in question.  I would need to look up the unit to see the notes that would have been entered by our techs before I would be able to discuss....

Before I can answer this complaint I would need to have the serial number of the unit in question.

I never received this complaint.  Mr. [redacted]  had taken his complaint to New Jersey Office of the Attorney General and I have spoke to a mediator and should have a resolution soon.
