[redacted] Dear [redacted] ,We recently received a letter regarding a complaint (Revdex.com Complaint ID: [redacted] ) issued against our business, TEN Salon and Spa The complaint was against one of our hairstylists regarding services received The complaint was filed on Feb13, On Feb22, the complainant, [redacted] returned to TEN Salon and Spa to receive a redo service in order to satisfy her desired result The service was performed by a different hairstylist, with a positive result I have been in contact with Ms [redacted] following the subsequent service, and found her to be extremely pleased with the service and quite complimentary I believe that her failure to withdraw the complaint against TEN Salon and Spa is merely an oversight, and if presented with the option to withdraw, she would certainly oblige.Thank you,Jeremy A [redacted] Marketing / Operations DirectorTEN Salon and Spa(970) 669-Ext
