Tenant was informed of complete façade renovation, which also included new pylon signs, to replace the existingTenant was extremely pleased that he and his business would benefit from this work, it would not cost them any money and understood that it would be several months to accomplish this projectTenant's lease did not include this work, however the landlord wanted to refresh the building and provide a better looking center[redacted] took every step possible to hang banners announcing names of business and that the center was open for business during this projectThis included allowing the tenant to park a truck in the parking lot with their business banners, which is prohibited in accordance with the lease [redacted] expected this would be appreciated and suggested once the new signage was installed that the tenant would have to remove the truck (permanently parked there for months)[redacted] and ownership spent several hundred thousand dollars to enhance the center for all business and in hopes of attracting new business for vacancies.Tenant states the roof line to his store is damagedIn fact Colliers/ownership performed a full roof replacement along with ripping off the old façade and installing newAgain every precaution was taken to ensure all businesses and the owner's bldg were minimally impactedThere were several roof leaks, all of which were addressed promptly, with minimal damage to the [redacted] 's interior.Tenant's lease allows for the owner to perform these repairs/upgrades
