water temperature is ok with them. The claim that their feetwere held down is completely false. These customers left our shop completely satisfied and werehappy with our low competitive prices. The customers returned to our shop on Feb 27th 2015 and complained the nails with justthe regular polish had chipped after five days of wear. The customer asked for a complete refundat which time were told that this is a final sale service and do not offer refunds after such a longtime period. The customer was offer for the polish to be reapplied but they refused that offer.
We at Perfect Nails strive for excellent customer service. That being said giving refundsto customer who wears a product for five days and returns over common chipping of the polish isnot feasible and is not practiced by any nail salon I am aware of.
In conclusion, Perfect Nails would like to extend an opportunity for the customer toreturn for a reapply the polish of her nails if this would resolve their issue.

Review: My wife, and sister convinced me to go get a manicure/pedicure at Perfect Nails & Spa in Pacific Beach on Garnet Ave right next to the Broken Yolk. I had no idea what to expect as far as service, so I went in with no expectations. The service off the start was terrible, sit here, put your feet in this boiling water and keep them there, literally had the lady hold me feet down in the water. The details of the experience could be lengthy, and lots of typing/reading. Overall, the service was terrible, and a very high price for next to nothing it seemed. The real issue here is when we decided to go get our money back. I took my wife to go get our money back, just for the nails, which was maybe 20-30$. We weren't going to ask for the spa costs (about $70), as that was just too much to ask from our opinion. My wife walks in and shows the first manager man that her nails look terrible, and he agrees. The manager lady (both of them refused to give their names) walks up to my wife and immediately starts to tell her it's too late and they don't give refunds anyways (which isn't clear anywhere or explained anywhere). They became hostile, and extremely loud while my wife is calmly asking for a partial refund, which they refused the second we asked for it. They attempted to get customers that were already in their to help tell us to leave and that a refund was not going to be given. This was extremely unprofessional of them to use their clientele to their advantage in this situation. They got so frustrated that they stopped talking and went back to work without any resolution leaving us feeling embarrassed and forcing us to leave by giving us the silent treatment. They were MANAGERS. I don't understand how that is good business practice in any form. We were calm the entire time and non confrontational. This is unacceptable and should be dealt with appropriately.Desired Settlement: A refund of our money, simply. That's all we requested and were met with hostility and disrespect.
