Ten X Club

Review: The club has access to it's members bank accounts for monthly fees. In the past year, the club has notified it's members and charged (2) $50 fees for "construction and remodeling". There have been minimal and slow improvements, instances where the bathroom sinks were out of order for 2 weeks, no toilet paper, dirty and old locker room spaces, and insufficient equipment. Regular classes are often canceled due to trainers refusing to show for a job they have not been paid for in months (I realize this is not the bureau for receiving this complaint, but many of the loyal, longstanding employees have not been paid in full for over a year.)Desired Settlement: I would like this on their record, and them notified of this. It appears this gym is a front for other shady business - they are selling used items from the front desk, they are not paying employees, but collecting more of the member's money, and spending it on what?
