Review: I ordered a shirt via the website on January 15th, 2014 and was told that my merchandise would arrive before January 25th, 2014. Well the merchandise did not arrive. I was not notified that the merchandise would not arrive. I was charged on my [redacted] for $69.90 and I did not receive anything. This merchandise was ordered for a specific event and date of January 25th. I was told after the fact via email that the merchandise was late due to snow. I requested a refund 3 times by email. I was told I would NOT get a refund because of snow. I still want my refund I did not get my shirt for my event, I do not need a shirt after the fact. I want my $68.90 refunded back to me.Desired Settlement: I want my [redacted] to be credited with $68.90
