Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 7, 2014/02/20) */ Please forgive the lateness of my response concerning [redacted] [redacted] 's application was submitted to Tenant Placement on 01/14/and was then submitted to the Management Company for approval for the unit of interest All documentation submitted by [redacted] is and was the only documentation submitted to management company Unfortunately we did not process the application for [redacted] , the Management Company processed the application and the management company denied the application No one called from Tenant Placement called stating [redacted] 's application had been approved [redacted] was called and given the status of her application by the office manager once correspondence was received from the management company via email, stating that the application was denied So we are a little confused as to why Tenant Placement is receiving a complaint concerning [redacted] , Tenant Placement did not process [redacted] 's application and did not deny her application

[redacted]'s application was submitted to Tenant Placement on 01/14/2014 and was then submitted to the Management Company for approval for the unit of interest....

All documentation submitted by [redacted] is and was the only documentation submitted to management company.
Unfortunately we did not process the application for [redacted], the Management Company processed the application and the management company denied the application.
No one called from Tenant Placement called stating [redacted]'s application had been approved.

[redacted] was called and given the status of her application by the office manager once correspondence was received from the management company via email, stating that the application was denied.
So we are a little confused as to why Tenant Placement is receiving a complaint concerning [redacted], Tenant Placement did not process [redacted]'s application and did not deny her application.
