I am a landlord who wanted to screen my tenant with TSCII ordered my screening through they web-site, payed by my credit card and received absolutely no info from them - no registration letter, no order acknowledgement, no receiptIt is alerted my, however I decided to wait until next dayNext day I still had no email from them, but they charged my cardI wait more - nothing - and decided to use another company for my screening, I called to TSCI and asked them to cancel the charge transaction/return money and send me transaction cansellation confirmationThe person who answered the phone was rude, for my request to return my money said "it is already charged" and for my respond to return it hung on the phoneOf course, I did not receive any cancellation of transaction emailthis is not a big deal - I will call to my cc and they cancel the transactionI want to warn potential clients that this company maybe just a fraud - they charge you cc and you receive nothingEven if not - you do not want to deal with the company which do not sent you a receipts and does not provide you with an order for a such a long timeFinally, you just do not want to communicate with a rude person - it is not an enjoyable experience
I have used Tenant Screening Center for years and they have been helpful, professional and timely I really enjoy the service that they have given me I have used them for credit reporting, forms and questions that I have had
