To whom it may concern,We are a reseller of credit bureau data and public record informationWe do not have the power to make changes to an applicant's credit report or public record information.If an applicant fees information is incorrect on their credit report, they can go to www.annualcreditreport.com and receive their one free copy of their credit report from each of the Credit bureaus, from this site, they can dispute any inaccuracies free of charge.In a situation the applicant feels there may have been a positive criminal or eviction record reported, our client, (either a Reator, Landlord, or Property Manager) would have to contact us for a more in depth evaluation of the of the record reported.In this case, as with any other case with a similar situation, we tell the applicant to have their, Realtor, Landlord or Property manager (our account holder) to call us on their behalf to discuss the information.We do not sell information to the general public (i.eapplicants), only OUR clients (Realtors, Landlords, or Property Managers)Legally, we can only discuss information with OUR account holders who have been vetted and certified to whom we know their actual identity.Please feel free to call us with any questions that you may have at [redacted] Best Regards,Steve H

To whom it may concern,To whom it may concern,In response to Claim ID [redacted] statements are inaccurate, Please review below responses to claims[redacted] did not order a screening directly through our website, simply because we do not allow tenants to log directly into our websiteOnly credit bureau approved commercial clients have the ability to log into our siteThese clients go through a long credentialing process to gain access to our service [redacted] is a consumer, not a commercial client.TenantReports.com legally CANNOT sell reports direct to consumer, only commercial account holders[redacted] did use a 3rd party to obtain his report, the 3rd party [redacted] Real Estate in Blue Bell PA, who is a commercial account holder with Tenant Reports.com.TenantReports.com has the ability to collect payment on behalf of its clients, but Tenant Reports.com does not set the fee that its clients charge their prospective applicantsTherefore, we do not have the ability to process direct refunds.Our file supplied to [redacted] was also obtained through [redacted] ***, (whom he states provided him different information at a later date) so the records returned are the same since we are a reseller of their information.Tenant Reports.com does not maintain criminal record databases, this information is Public Record and Comes directly from the court house we are just a conduit to the court house records.As for the other applicants, we legally cannot discuss other individuals / family members reports without their direct written consentWe are legally bound by the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act)We wish we could be of further assistance to [redacted] , but he has to contact the 3rd party whom ordered his report which is [redacted] office in Blue Bell, Pa.TenantReports.com does not have decision making ability when an applicant is denied tenancy,Best Regards,Tenant Reports.Com llc

Good Afternoon [redacted] , I am aware of the situation that you have brought to attention We have sent you an email at 9:est on 11/22/letting you know that we would refund $of the transaction, but we have not heard back from you if you are willing to accept this We will need the last digits of the credit card for security purposes in order to place the credit back to your card.Since WE still get charged from our vendors for ALL orders placed by our clients, this is why we are not able to refund the report in its entirety(This is stated in our terms of service) We hope that you can understand this and would be willing to accept a $refund.In the future, we hope that you will contact our customer service during the time of ordering if you are unsure on how to navigate our systemPlease let us know how you would like to proceed.Best Regards,Steven H [redacted]

*** *** agent rob W*** was helping my family find housingHe did not charge us anything *** *** did not charge me a dime like the photo I last attached I paid tenant reports directly*** *** is under the impression that tenant reports llc charges the people they run the reports onI'm not seeking a refund because I was denied housingI'm seeking a refund because the information on the reports where very inaccurate for my fiancé her father and I They said they do searches by name birthdate and social security numberIf this were true than they should all be accurate but you have my fiancés father who's had addresses listed on his report that he never resided in his life and his credit score was not the sameAs for my fiancé she had someone with a totally different name listed on her report saying she lived in PittsburghMy fiancé never lived in Pittsburgh nor has she ever had her name changedTheir reports are very innacurate and I am very unsatisfied with their businessThey are a scam company and they will not under any circumstance issue me a refund that I think is well deservedIf I do not receive a refund I'm going to have to go further than Revdex.com and contact news agencies and contact my lawyerI would like to avoid going down that route but alls I'm asking is for the $that I payed tenant reports directly back into my possessionI feel robbed and I just want to resolve this thank you

maintain information/databases on consumers.If [redacted] feels his credit report is inaccurate, he can obtain a free copy viawww.[redacted].com.  If public record information results have returned a false positive, ourclient has an option of exploring further into the results. We unfortunately do not have a say in how our clients transact their business if they choose not to do so.[redacted] can fax, mail or email us his denial letter, and we can return him a copy of the credit reportthat was used in the decisioning process free of charge.Since [redacted] is not an account holder with Tenant Reports.com llc, we unable to issue him a refund.  I'm representing myself in these matters, I have no "real estate agent" and I dont see why a landlord who rejected me would care much to dispute this rather than just move on to the next person. I find it unfathomable that this agency is unwilling to discuss me with me.I am attaching the proof that the eviction was not me and in fact was a 64 year old, 4ft 8inch [redacted] woman who spells her name with an ie, combined wit your own report listing me at my present address during this "eviction"  so it should be easy to  distinguish myself from this other person.Regards,
