This is a positive review for Tenco Construction Tenco came to my home in Indio and gave me a quote on replacing energy efficient windows I was comfortable with the price, which was lower than expected, and the order was signed No money was required up front When the windows were installed, they did not look as I had imagined, but they were installed correctly and quicklyAnd they were great windows The crew was friendly, fast and professional I paid for the windows in full but express my concern they didn't look like I had thought they would The owner of the company called me personally and expressed his concern I wasn't 100% satisfied He sent out a special crew to address my concerns and the windows turned out great I was extremely happy with the follow up to address all my concerns even after I had paid in full He called several times to insure I knew what was going on and to assure me I would be satisfied I would recommend this company

I was in believe that my whole house was done and it was notI was also charged for the whole houseThere was no resolution for my issueThe company was uncooperative

I have no idea how they got my number but i’ve asked them to remove it several timesthey still continue to call for the wrong person, at that

On 2/20/we had an attic fan installed at a price of $2, It was to be a AFG ES- We were informed by our handyman the fan was not installed properly and was not the model we purchased It came to our attention late as we could not inspect ourselves when installed and our handyman was doing other work on ducts when he notified us of the problem We tried to call unsuccessfully We were told someone would come out but they never did Terrible customer service The installation is not according to instructions at all!

There are multiple issues here and I would like to address each of themAs far as the Suspended license goes, the reason it
shows suspended is due to my workers comp company sent the wrong license number to cslb in the email that had my workers comp cert in itI have had workers comp the entire time and it has never lapsedI have a certified letter from my workers comp president stating my insurance is and has been good the whole timeWe have also re sent my insurance info to the cslb so it can be correctedI have a copy of my insurance cert and the letter stating I have always been insured by my workers comp carrier and can email it to anyone at any time to show proofShe claims she has been harassed by me (*** *** I called her and her husband numerous occasions to explain the severity of the situation and for them to call me backI was forced to leave a message that I will have to excersize my right to place a lien on their property and they called me back that night! This was weeks after I have left multiple messages on multiple numbersShe claims she sent us a cancellation form within daysTenco never got this formShe claims she sent it to my sales repI asked her for a screen shot of the email she sent to my rep and she declinedThe cancellation form clearly states she must email, fax, or mail the signed cancellation form to Tencos place of businessI told her if she just shows me proof she sent it to my rep I would obligeShe refusedI have a signed cancellation form with her signature stating she understood the proper cancellation procedures and can email it at any timeShe claims I ordered her windows prior to the day cancellation period being overShe signed a contract with Tenco on 6/12/15, I ordered the windows on 6/17/15, days laterI have copies of her signed contract dated 6/12/and I also have copies of my order form from my window manufacturer date 6/17/Bottom line, she placed an order with Tenco, we waited days, ordered her windows, paid for her window, she canceled days after our signed contract verbally (we never received the cancellation form, not even the sales rep), I explained to her I had already paid for the windows and she would need to be responsible, she got mad and decided to file complaintsI have all the proof I need in writing whenever anyone wants to see itI would love to upload it all here but I don't see a place to do so

We only install Quiet Cool Whole House Fans and Attic Fans which are the AFG *** I am concerned that a "handyman" is giving
the customer feedback and telling them it's not the right fan when we ONLY install type of attic fan and one fan onlyIt is my understanding that we went to the customers house a few months back and verified that in fact the fan is installed properly as wellOur customer service rep no longer works for us but I will reach out to the customer personally and go back send someone back out to verify againSometimes, we have to do things different in the construction world other than what the instructions say due to the environment we are working in and the condition of the house we came toConstruction is not always black and white but there is right from wrong and we will most definitely double check to make sure it is right!

The crew was friendly, fast and professional. I paid for the windows in full but express my concern they didn't look like I had thought they would.
