Dear Revdex.com
Ms, [redacted] came to me with [redacted] looking for a car around [redacted] on payments; she said she
didn't care if it was perfect, that it just had to be dependable. We don't usually do payments, but she said she was a single mother, and that...

she needed help, Her argument that she was taken advantage of because she is a woman does not work, because I am also a woman.
Trying to help her I told her that there was 1 car I would be willing to work with her on on
payments, it was a 2003 Kia Spectra with a very good motor and transmission, and that before I sold it to her I would replace 0 wheel bearing that was bad at a cost of [redacted] that I paid out of my pocket for. When she test drove the car we talked about it needing a front end alignment and better tires. MY mechanic often used that car to chase parts, arid to our Knowledge the Cadillac convertor was there when she purchased the car. We have no knowledge of leaking gas lines or frame damage.
Ms. [redacted] agreed to [redacted] total with tax, [redacted] down, and [redacted] every 2 weeks until It was paid for. AS of March 11th she will be [redacted] behind on payments, as she never made even an effort to make one. When she purchased the car, Ms [redacted] did sign the as is no warranty buyers guide. This clearly says that she Is responsible for all repairs.
If you need to speak to me further you can reach me at XXX-XXX-XXXX.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 14, 2016/03/03) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I would like to start off with the word dependable. This vehicle I was sold is not dependable nor safe. If I had been told the first day everything that was wrong with the vehicle I would have not purchased or agreed to purchase it. That's probably why I wasn't told. As far as the motor [redacted] told me that the vehicle has
[redacted] miles but the odometer reads [redacted] miles and she did not include the mileage on the bill of sale. As far as the wheel bearing goes [redacted] did tell me on 01/28 that she would replace the wheel bearing before she sold the car. On the 3 receipts, which have different addresses, that were provided they are all dated 06/22/15. That is 7 months prior to me speaking with her. I do not believe she replaced the wheel bearing on 01/28 or 01/29 like she said she did. Had she replaced it on 01/28 or 01/29 the receipts wouldn't show a date 7 months prior. When I spoke with [redacted] on 01/28 she informed me that they hadn't had the vehicle that long. If that is true why is one of the receipts she provided dated 06/22/15 and it states that it is for a Kia Spectra. As for the [redacted] out of her pocket I do not see where the 3 receipts add up to [redacted] According to my calculations the receipts add up to [redacted] Yes we did discuss a front end alignment and better tires, however that is not all the car needed. I heard a noise in the rear of the car when we were test driving it and she said it was nothing but it was something, the strut rubbing the tire. As far as the gas lines leaking there was barely any gas in the car when I left with it. It was not until I filled the gas tank up and took the car home that I found the gas leaking out. On to the catalytic converter. The car had not been touched or driven over the weekend since I had no license plates for the car. It was not until I took it to a mechanic on Tues. Feb 2 that I found multiple things wrong including a straight pipe in place of the catalytic converter. Her mechanic, [redacted], told me that if I had any problems with the car to let [redacted] know and he would take care of it, which obviously they have not. The payments: No I have not made any effort nor will I make an effort to make a payment. I have already given this business [redacted] of my money for a car that I am not even able to drive safely or legally and I refuse to give them anymore. All I am asking for is my money back in exchange for the car or the title to the car so I can do with it as I please. This car is not even worth the [redacted] I have paid thus far. This company's refusal to give me the title leads me to believe they do not have the title in their name or possession. As I informed you on Feb. 23 about speaking with the owner about him coming to get the car he still hasn't so this leads me to believe there is more to the story with this car that they are not telling anyone.
