We have scheduled an additional repair to Mrs***'s roof to wall area on July 1st 2017.It is in our opinion that the leak is coming from the siding because the builder did not use house wrap or this could be a window leak as wellAt Mrs***'s request we are going to replace the roof to wall area and ice and water shield and install new shinglesIf the problem continues we will then be able to determine that the issues is a vinyl siding and window issue and not related to roofingRegardless of the outcome we are more that happy to help Mrs [redacted] determine the leak and get it fixed Thank you, Ross Cochran

Mr*** contacted Cochran Exteriors for a roof leakWe had provided Mr*** with a quote for the repairHe did not like the price and wanted us to take $off the projectHe then wanted to add some items to the quote and change the scope of work to removing some additional nails on the
roofThe scope of work changed so the price of the repair changed as wellMr*** did not like our price so he contacted the Revdex.com to force Cochran Exteriors into doing the work for a lesser price. Mr*** is not a customer of Cochran ExteriorsWe have never completed any work at his propertyHe has filed a complaint to try and get us to do more work for less money. Ross Cochran

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***. I spoke with Ross C*** on Thursday, November 2nd and discussed the problem with the gutters. I indicated that the problem was not due to leaves in the gutters. The problem existed before the leaves fell in the gutter. I also indicated I had purchased gutter guards to install long before the leaves fell and was waiting for them to resolve the problem before installing them.It had to take me making a complaint to the Revdex.com for C*** to respond. MrC*** stated that he would push me up on the schedule to get the gutters repaired. His service person will inspect the entire gutter installation and would replace and repair all areas in need to include new gutter boards at cost to C***. I would like to keep this complaint open until the work has been completed to code and safety and my satisfaction

Last time in contact with Company representative was 10/8/17.  October 13, 2017, Justin S[redacted] came to home to view problem.  By 10/17/17 I had not heard anything and emailed Quality Control Manager Lance B[redacted].To date, I have not been contacted and repair has not been made.

There was a leak in the flashing of the roof. We went out and replaced all flashings for the homeowner. Repair is complete and the homeowner is happy.

are sad to hear you have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. This could have been resolved with one of our office staff without a problem. I will be sending out a crew to re- adjust your gutter to make you happy.The gutters that we installed were done properly. It is the responsibility for the property owner to clean out the gutters from leaves and debris. As you can see in the photos the gutters are full of leaves. When the gutters are clogged with leaves it does not allow water to flow and causes the gutter to be heavy with water, which caused the gutter to pull away. I will have one of our representatives out to reattach the gutter to the gutter board but please note it is the homeowner responsibility to keep these gutters clean so water can flow properly. I apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you.Ross C[redacted]
