I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am quite unhappy with the inaccurate and response provided by the company My child was wearing a sweatshirt on the day the incident occurred The sweatshirt was on him when I left and I am unsure who took the sweatshirt off of him for it to be on the back of a chair His name was in the sweatshirt but had dulled from washing Second, my child had a coat in his bookbag Signs all over the classroom state "Do not hang coats Either put them in the bookbag or cubby." My child's coat was in his bookbag When the sweatshirt was lost, the teachers never went to get his additional coat from his bookbag. The "cool, May" day was a degree, rainy and windy day My child was frozen to the touch and both the assistant director and director admitted how cold it was when I spoke to them They also both spoke of the communication issues that had been going on in my son's classroom leading to such incidents They even mentioned a particular employee being fired for poor communication I am not seeking anything other than information for other, novice parents to be aware that such an incident did occur at this particular center I am not attempting to bash the entire organization At the same time, I will not cower to a and inaccurate account Up until this point, all management that I have spoken to have been honest and respectful I was also very transparent in the fact that I would be making this issue public. Regards,

discussed with all teachers. Our classrooms are very organized with individual cubbies for each child's belongings. Parents are asked to label all of their child's belongings and to put them in their cubby. On the day of this complaint, the child's jacket was not put in the cubbies when he was brought to our program. The jacket was put on the back of a chair and it was not labeled with a child's name on it. Another parent saw the jacket and thought it belonged to his child and took it home, it was returned the next morning once the parent realized it was not theirs. When the children were going outside, a jacket from our lost and found should have been used as well as the child’s backpack should have been looked at closer to see if another jacket was in it. The Director and Assistant Director called the parents that night to express their apologies and to empathize with them since both Director and Assistant Directorate parents of small children as well. Review: My 21 month old son was outside on a cold, windy, wet day (52 at high and overcast all day). When he was picked up, we were told they lost his sweatshirt and couldn't find it earlier in the day. They did not get his extra coat from his bag, or give him something in it's place. He was freezing cold and shivering. He suffered a chest cold (he has bad asthma) for two weeks.Desired Settlement: We would like contacted by corporate to ensure what practices are in place for the future so no other parent is met with negligent behavior.

We would like a complaint on the Revdex.com website so that other parents are aware of this type of action by a daycare that they assume they are trusting their child with.
