Review: I requested my children's medical records to be shared with my pediatrician. Several requests were made via fax, email and phone calls. The office replied that they have 30 days to comply to the request. It is now over 40 days and the records still have not been received by the pediatrician, [redacted] (pro health) at ###-###-####.Desired Settlement: Records sent to the pediatrician as requested and as is our legal right.
