Please do not trust this organization. The "nurse" who owns this company ([redacted]) has a drug and alcohol problem, and has no consideration for her clients who are left to wonder if their family member is being cared for. Complaints go unresolved as she put someone in charge that has no caretaking experience whatsoever, and even has been banned from the community. Furthermore, he has no compassion or experience in a business that requires so much trust. She left hiring up to non experienced people, or employees to find friends that she had never even met, much less trained or screened. I dealt with trying to manage these people every day to make sure my dad was taken care of until I could make arrangements to terminate them and move my dad. We were overcharged and could not get an explanation, or resolve without a threat of stopping care, of which they did whenever we had concerns. The drama and complications caused my family an undue amount of stress. Do not trust them with your loved ones care, they need to be put out of business. They do business at [redacted] in [redacted]. There are other options and service organizations availlable there. I urge you to choose wisely. My accusations are not heresay, I witnessed the behaviour and it is of public record.
