I used Tender Love Photography back in April for Boudoir Photographs and then again on May 1st for Vow Renewal (the equivalent of a wedding) I received a couple "sneak peaks" on Facebook but have not received any of my images I have tried and tried over the past months to get in touch with her, she ignores, says they are mailed and so on Also, as a warning she only takes cash which makes me wonder if she in fact does not have a legitimate business Now in the process of Small Claims Court Buyer beware!

My experience with this company was nothing but exceptional. She's very professional yet very laid back. My family holiday photos were everything I wanted. I will definitely use her services again

Review: I went to this person for my wedding photos. She asked to barter so we did. We wrote up a contract that we both agreed upon and signed. She wanted to swap a service that I offer for her with a different service for her sister which would have cost more money but I reluctantly did it anyway. We were supposed to do a family photo shoot included in our contract
We went to [redacted] where she took over 400 picure and we waited for them. She kept saying you'll get them you'll get them and there's some cute ones in there. 5 weeks later she tells us there's no good pictures and she deleted them all. We tried to reschedule 3 times but she kept canceling. Our wedding came and we got sneak peaks the next day (22 of them)scheduling an appt to meet and pick out photos was a nightmare. She said instead she just put images in an album and ordered it and she would send the disc. This was at 8 weeks. It's now been 14 weeks. We still have no disc. And no wedding photos or albums. And all the sudden she isn't satisfied with the services I did but never made comme.t of this before she did the wedding and there was about 9+ months in between the services I did and my wedding. Now she wants me to pay her money in order to get our photos. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! The photos from the most important day of my life are being held hostage. We even offered to send her some money and she is still not satisfied.Desired Settlement: I'd like my disc of photos from my wedding and the 2 albums of 300 pictures she said she ordered.
Review: Newborn photos were taken of my son on February 23, 2015. My husband and I signed a contract that stated we would receive a disc of the photos taken within 6 weeks (may 5). It has been 19 weeks now and we still do not have a disc. We have seen only 27 photos from the shoot, sent in a [redacted] message that we are unable to save to our mobile devices or computers. We have reached out numerous times and were promised that the disc would be mailed promptly or dropped in our mailbox. We offered to pick up the disc, but that offer was declined.Desired Settlement: We would like a disc of all photos taken at the photo shoot.
