The Pool Doctor sent me an invoice (***) that has charges not correct
1) They charged for C-wheel bearing (For 6) and did not replace themThey used my old bearing and charged me for a new set
2) They sent a service tech and he did not complete the work that was charged
3) They charged for an extra man, and this charged was not agreed on(ONLY FOR ONE GUY)
4) They charged for a G-Bavalve at $plus taxCost is $and suggested retail is $That is price gouging
5) Pool Doctor replaced a Heater and over tighten the value and it crack the connectionThey wanted to charged me for their mistake
6) The Service guy told me that there was leaks and need to replace some equipment, and come to find out that the parts did not needed to be replace

We hired this company to do hardy board siding, windows, and roof on our house We spent close to 100K on this company This included a 6K front door Everything they did is a complete disaster All the work they did was poor and has not survived yearsI would love to be able to post pictures of all the shoddy work and how bad everything is The 6K front door turned out to be a $door that was installed improperly and is ruined The trim is literally falling off the house Nothing was caulked or installed properly Every thing they did was a rape job Please feel free to contact me personally so I can email you pictures of the work they did I blew over 100K on this company and we are now paying to have it all redone again - years later Never ever do business with this companyEver If there was a negative stars, they would get it
