Horizon has received bank checks directly from my bank and refuses to take my rent paymentsI am concerned with possible theft if money
My banker called local management at *** and explained he has copies of the BANK checks he sent This landlord is sending me eviction notices for failing to pay, while they neglect to take the payments I can prove the bank sent
