Tender Loving Family Care, Inc., took a large amount of money from us when we were very vulnerable, verbally told us we could cancel services at any time while asking us to sign several forms, and when calling to cancel services was once again told there was no problem with cancelling services, but now we have only been refunded a portion of the funds we feel should be returned to us. If our concern is not resolved by September 14, 2016, we will take our concern as to the deceitful practices of Family Loving Family Care, Inc., to the NYS Attorney General.Note: In no way was my discharge from the hospital dependent upon receiving the services of a home health care agency, and I greatly resent Ms*** statement!

As the consumer stated in her complaint, she received a refund of $875. By rights, she should not have received that, as she signed the contract which states , 2 week notice of cancellation required. We were just used to get the hospital discharge. We feel we already sent her more than enough, no...

Phone response - we are standing by our first response. There is a signed contract stating 2 week cancellation notice required. We did not have to refund any of the money, but chose to refund $875 of it. We will not refund anymore.
