To whom it may concern, (I.D.# [redacted] ) [redacted] made an apptand brought her dog to me on 9-4- The "Bichon" mix was very matted and dirty and knew it would take some time, so I told her we would call when the dog was ready, about or P.M She said ok and gave me her phone number It took a long time to scissor the matting off, so I could bathe him He took his bath pretty well, didn't seem to mind it at all He generally was well behaved and enjoyed kisses and sooth talking, as I continued to dry him and clean ears etc But he tried to bite viciously when I tried to pick his paw up to trim toenails, so I calmly put on a soft muzzle and proceeded He did try to struggle his paw away from me, but not as a bad without the muzzle After I cut his nails, I took the muzzle off and he was fine This is always procedure if the dog won't tolerate the trimming toe nails I called her at 3:PM and told her the dog was ready anytime, and she came to picked him up sometime later and paid $and left The dog was fine when he left my shop and ran out happy with his owner all the while, jumping up + down on her legs as they left Then she came back to my shop on 9-11-with another lady as an interpreter or witness? and she said her dog was paralyzed and asked if she fell off table I told her I never let a dog jump or fall as they are secured at all times with a neck harness and its a given to never leave a dog unattended on the table or tub I did tell her that her dog bites and must be muzzled when trimming his toenails and tried to struggle his paw away at first but nothing else could have happened I told her she left here healthy + happy with her that day I felt something must have happened at the home, so I asked her a few questions to find out if he fell or jumped out of car Or off the bed at home, to see what could have caused this I even told her the story of one of my toy poodles, slipped in snow, chasing a bird and was paralyzed I took her to a chiropractor and recommended him to her, but she didn't seem interested On 9-11-the police called me at my shop and told me she called him to make a complaint He asked me some questions on what happened I was in total shock He told me not to worry, there was no case But I was concerned so I called another customer that had recommended her to my shop This customer informed me that her dog had fallen off the roof of her second story aptthe week before she brought her to be groomed at my shop O.M.G! I said! [redacted] called this customer and told him that her dog fell off the roof and what should she do! He told her to take it to Veterinarian of course So she brings him to be groomed instead? This sounds so crazy, but a true story [redacted] lied when in her statement that I pulled his legs apart, and she lied when she stated that I demonstrated I am appalled and saddened to think I would abuse hers, or anyone else's dog I have never in my yrsin this business, ever been accused of such gross acts I'm very self-conscious of my work and proud of every dog I've ever groomed The Veterinarians often recommend me + my shop, as the only good one Many customers love me, but more important, their dogs love me and this is what is so rewarding In my opinion, something terrible happened to the insides of this poor dog when he fell off the roof and on to the street below Maybe its happened more than once, if he is trying to get outside I don't know why she thinks or wants to think, I did it or hurt her dog I could never be so awful I'm the one who rescues dogs and birds here at my shop and finds homes or keeps them for myself And I'm sorry for her dogs pain Sincerely

To whom it may concern, (I.D.# [redacted])
[redacted] made an appt. and brought her dog to me on 9-4-15.  The "Bichon" mix was very matted and dirty and knew it would take some time, so I told her we would call when the dog was ready, about 3 or 4 P.M.  She said ok and gave me her...

phone number.  It took a long time to scissor the matting off, so I could bathe him.  He took his bath pretty well, didn't seem to mind it at all.  He generally was well behaved and enjoyed kisses and sooth talking, as I continued to dry him and clean ears etc.  But he tried to bite viciously when I tried to pick his paw up to trim toenails, so I calmly put on a soft muzzle and proceeded.  He did try to struggle his paw away from me, but not as a bad without the muzzle.  After I cut his nails, I took the muzzle off and he was fine.  This is always normal procedure if the dog won't tolerate the trimming toe nails.
I called her at 3:00 PM and told her the dog was ready anytime, and she came to picked him up sometime later and paid $50.00 and left.  The dog was fine when he left my shop and ran out happy with his owner all the while, jumping up + down on her legs as they left.
Then she came back to my shop on 9-11-15 with another lady as an interpreter  or witness? and she said her dog was paralyzed and asked if she fell off table.  I told her I never let a dog jump or fall as they are secured at all times with a neck harness and its a given to never leave a dog unattended on the table or tub.
I did tell her that her dog bites and must be muzzled when trimming his toenails and tried to struggle his paw away at first but nothing else could have happened.  I told her she left here healthy + happy with her that day.
I felt something must have happened at the home, so I asked her a few questions to find out if he fell or jumped out of car.  Or off the bed at home, to see what could have caused this.
I even told her the story of one of my toy poodles, slipped in snow, chasing a bird and was paralyzed.  I took her to a chiropractor and recommended him to her, but she didn't seem interested.
On 9-11-15 the police called me at my shop and told me she called him to make a complaint.  He asked me some questions on what happened.  I was in total shock.  He told me not to worry, there was no case.
But I was concerned so I called another customer that had recommended her to my shop.  This customer informed me that her dog had fallen off the roof of her second story apt. the week before she brought her to be groomed at my shop.  O.M.G! I said! [redacted] called this customer and told him that her dog fell off the roof and what should she do!  He told her to take it to Veterinarian of course.  So she brings him to be groomed instead?  This sounds so crazy, but a true story.
[redacted] lied when in her statement that I pulled his legs apart, and she lied when she stated that I demonstrated.  I am appalled and saddened to think I would abuse hers, or anyone else's dog.  I have never in my 35 yrs. in this business, ever been accused of such gross acts.  I'm very self-conscious of my work and proud of every dog I've ever groomed.  The Veterinarians  often recommend me + my shop, as the only good one.  Many customers love me, but more important, their dogs love me and this is what is so rewarding.
In my opinion, something terrible happened to the insides of this poor dog when he fell off the roof and on to the street below.  Maybe its happened more than once, if he is trying to get outside.  I don't know why she thinks or wants to think, I did it or hurt her dog.  I could never be so awful.
I'm the one who rescues dogs and birds here at my shop and finds homes or keeps them for myself.  And I'm sorry for her dogs pain.
Sincerely
