happy with the lowered feesThe merchant chose to use the TenderCard online virtual terminal rather than use a traditional credit card terminal to process transactions & remove funds from all outstanding cards that had been previously issued to consumersWhen the merchant was charged for the processed transactions, they called stating that they had not used any of the cards, it was explained by our merchant services department that they had in fact processed transactionsThere is no difference between a transaction processed through the online virtual terminal and a traditional point of sale device/credit card terminalTo satisfy the consumer we waived Decembers monthly fee and cancelled their account with no termination fees
